P»terson. <br />The applicant has applied for a renewal lot width variance and <br />proposes no change from the original application. Applicant plans to <br />build on the undeveloped lot within the next year. <br />The conditions of the approval resolution. Exhibit E, included no <br />other variances to required LR-lA standards, a specific location for <br />the approved building envelope on the property, and no variance to <br />hardcover requirements. The lot was approved for access via a <br />separate driveway to County Road 15. <br />Staff Recoaraendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the second renewal lot with variance <br />application for Greoory C. Peterson per the findings and conditions <br />outlined within Resolution ♦28'*9, Exhibit E.
