We reviewed the above plat and make the <br />following comments: <br />- For future improvements to this segment of CSAH 84 the developer should dedicate <br />an additional 7' of right of way along CSAH 84 making the right of way 40' from <br />the center of CSAH 84. <br />- No additional direct access from this plat to CSAH 84 will be permitted by <br />Hennepin County. <br />- All proposed construction within County right of way requires an approved <br />utility permit prior to beginning construction. This includes, but is not <br />limited to, drainage and utility construction, trail developiMnt, and <br />landscaping.
