Staff has continued to <br />advise any inquirers that any expansion of properties on East lake <br />Street will require the approval of many variances, and is not a sure <br />thing by any means. The recent offer of a sewer unit for this <br />property may have given the current owner the impression that the City <br />will grant variances. <br />m <br />Council may wish to consider dropping the sewer unit on this property <br />based on one or more of the above factors.
