She also felt the Commission should look to the citizens <br />for input In the development of the comprehensive park plan. <br />Goetten asked her opinion of the bike/hike trail opportunity. <br />McMII I an felt <br />and felt it <br />organizations <br />it was an important part of the City’s park system, <br />was a more complex issue because of the many <br />involved with the development jf the trail. <br />Dana Mock. 80 Hackberrv Hill <br />Mock noted she has lived in Orono for 5 years and has a 1 year old <br />child. She felt that the safety of children using the park <br />equipment was very important. <br />Mayor Peterson asked if she had attended any of the Park Commission <br />meetings, and asked what she felt was the most Important issue the <br />Commission was currently dealing with. <br />Mock noted she had not attended any of the meetings, but felt that <br />safety of those using the parks was very important. She noted the <br />park system could use more organization, such as Hackberry Hi I I has <br />a basketball hoop with grass under it, which is unusable.
