Diann Goetten. Mary Butler was absent. <br />The following represented the City staff: City Administrator Ron <br />Moorse, Public Works Director John Gerhardson, Building & Zoning <br />Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning and Zoning <br />Administrator Michael Gaffron, Septic Manager Stephen Weckman, City <br />Attorney Tom Barrett, City Engineer Glenn Cook and City Recorder <br />Terl Naab. Mayor Peterson cal led the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />(»1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Goetten removed Item #11. <br />Mayor Peterson added Item #9. <br />Callahan removed Items #5 and 13. <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to aporove the <br />Consent Agenda, with the exception of Items #5, 11 and 13, and with <br />the addition of Item #9. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Motions for all items adopted by consent agenda will be included <br />in the minutes in their respective numerical order. <br />(*#2) APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to approve the <br />minutes of the regular meeting of the Orono Counci I held on January <br />27, 1992. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />(#3) PARK COMMISSION APPLICANT INTERVIEWS <br />Mayor Peterson announced that Les Kelley had passed away that week, <br />and on behalf of the City Council, the Planning Commission and the <br />Park Commission wished extended their sincere condolences to the <br />Kelley family. <br />Mark Johnson. 1025 Heritage Lane <br />Johnson explained that he is interested in the baseball situation <br />In Orono an'" the need for a facility. He noted he has lived in the <br />City for 4 1/2 yea**s and would like to get more involved with City <br />issues.
