i:?'\ ■ <br />|:-p.P' <br />ORONC COUNCIL MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 13, 1990 <br />^'.r" vs <br />’ft <br />‘f . <br />BS i ■ <br />r <br />#1555 LAHDSTAR* INC. <br />2501 OLD BEACH ROAD <br />PRELIMIHART SUBDIVISION <br />RESOLOnON #2900 <br />Mr. Dennis Sandin was present. <br />l'*' <br />Mr. Norman Paurus, 2500 Casco Point Road, asked about the <br />one lot in this subdivision that will be zoned for commercial <br />use. <br />■ ■ <br />Pri-'v. <br />mp: <br />Bernhardson replied, "That lot is in a commercial zone, <br />intent is to give that lot to the Freshwater Foundation." <br />The <br />PetersoT asked whether there is any guarantee that the <br />Freshwater Fcundation will take over this parcel. <br />Mr. Sandin replied, "I have a letter of intent from the <br />Foundation." <br />Mabusth stated that Mr. Blanch, the property owner, <br />giving this property to the Freshwater Foundation. <br />Peterson asked for a tost estimate for the bituminous <br />|#Sr;dverlay. <br />Cook replied, "It will cost approximately $25,000 for the <br />two inch overlay and $20,000 for the one and a half overlay." <br />Acting Mayor Callahan asked what advantages exist for the <br />and a half inch overlay versus the two inch. <br />Cook replied, "The only advantage over the two inch is that <br />jyou get more structural strength on the road.
