Briefly, this <br />subdivision/combination request results in the attachment of adjacent <br />lakeshore parcels to the correct Big Island Record lots to conform <br />with a 1970 torrens action which had never been formally approved by <br />the City nor recognized by the Hennepin County Tax Office. <br />t: ■fe;Mi'i' ■ <br />M'f ..-f <br />p*;*-' /■ <br />tit <br />The subdivision merely splits a long narrow lakeshore strip into <br />two parcels^ and requires combination of these lakeshore parcels with <br />the adjacent Inland lots. Upon completion of the combinations, the <br />property owners will be granted the "Automatic Lot Area Variance" that <br />has been held in abeyance since the 1965 review of this request (at <br />that time# different property owners were involved, one of whom for <br />various reasons did not agree with the combination requirement).
