TO 7:30 P.M. <br />Mrs. Everson was present. <br />s’ ..Mm Gaffron explained that Council had conceptually denied this <br />application, but that the applicants have revised their proposal. <br />He said, "The Eversons are now proposing to bring the deck into <br />conformance with the 10' side setback and remove areas of rock <br />and plastic. He stated that the stairway was <br />previously located on the north side of the pre-existing deck. <br />Mr. Radunz showed pictures of the pre-existing deck and noted <br />that he had obtained a written statement from his neighbor <br />stating that she had no objections. He said, "There are two <br />large trees that obscure my neighbor's view of the lake from her <br />deck.
