The City Council and City Administrator will met in a work <br />session at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 30th to discuss the <br />Council's 1992 goals and work plan. Prior to the work session <br />the Council will be provided with a list of staff goals for 1992 <br />and a list of major issues facing the city in 1992. <br />’•V
