The original structure was completely destroyed in a fire <br />in early 1992. The structure has been completely demolished and <br />all that remains are the original footings of the block foundation. <br />It is the desire of the applicant to rebuild a two and one-half <br />story residence requiring street and side setback variances. <br />Rather than rebuilding the 8' x 40.9' street deck (refer to Exhibit <br />E) , ::he applicant proposes an 8' x 13' porch entry along the <br />southwest side of the structure.
