A performance evaluation recently completed indicates overall <br />performance is at a superior level. Mr. Weckman is currently at Level 6, Step 3 ot the City s <br />pay schedule. It is recommended that his salarv' be increased to Step 4 effective January^ 1, <br />19*94.
