We reviewed the proposed <br />plat and have the following comments: <br />1. Additional right of way for county roadway purposes is not required. <br />2.The location for the proposed access to CSAH 6 is acceptable. <br />However, the developer must still apply for and obtain an approved <br />entrance permit before beginning construction. Please inform the <br />developer that entrance permit forms are available from our Traffic <br />Division. <br />All other proposed construction within county right of way must <br />receive approval from the County Engineer prior to beginning <br />construction. This includes, but is not limited to, drainage <br />revisions, utility construction, landscaping, etc. <br />4. The developer must restore all areas within county right of way <br />that are disturbed during construction. <br />Please direct your response or questions to Douglas B.
