Several years ago a develop­ <br />ment in Medina dammed an upper portion of this drainage. <br />The water level control structure was subsequently removed <br />and the upstream basin is now subject to specific maximum <br />levels. <br />The Minnehaha Creek Watershed District Managers would also <br />prefer to see retention of any wetlands and documented en­ <br />forcement of City requirements for on-site sewage disposal <br />systems. <br />If we can be of further assistance please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />EUGENE A.
