She inquired if this <br />would involve multi-entry roads off County Road 6. ohe <br />advised that there would be one private, gravel roa . <br />After all the public were heard, the public hearing was <br />closed at 8:10 p.m. <br />The Planning Commission continued discussion <br />this proposal. Mr. Herfurth received a copy ot the letter <br />submitted before preliminary approval is <br />of the letter from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />was also presented to Mr. Herfurth. Mr. Muhich suggested <br />that Mr. Herfurth meet with Greg Frank and John Holmquisfc <br />of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. <br />After some discussion, McDonald moved, Fruham secoMed, to <br />table this application to allow Mr. Herfui-th to obtain the <br />additional engineering data to resolve the status of the <br />creek and drainage plans for easement purposes, and cal­ <br />culations of dry buildable areas of each projected lot. <br />Also suggested revising access width to 60 ft. and lot 1 <br />to ?00 ft. subject to adjacent lot 2 meeting necessary <br />87,120 sq. ft. area. Also requested a grading and drainage <br />plan as noted in City Engineer’s .letter. <br />Motion - Ayes (6), Nays (O). <br />Ipk.-'ki-y <br />■ ■ <br />Chairwoman McDanald aimounced that this was the tline and <br />plane for a public hearing on the petition of Bernnan^ Reiiing <br />(Lou Oberhauaer) for a subdivision of property located at <br />4470 and 4480 Forest lake Landing. The Zoning Administrator <br />presented the Notice of Public Hearing and the Affidavit of <br />Publication. <br />Mr. Oberhauser, Mr. Hold and Mr. Reiling’s daughter were <br />present. The Zoning Administrator e>qilained these properties <br />were previously owned by Mr. Reiiing and sold to Mr. Holm <br />and Mr. Johnson. Both purchasers learned tnat the parcels <br />were not recorded with the County.
