The Zoning Administrator presented the Notice of Public Hearing and the Affidavit of Publication. Mr. Oberhauser, Mr. Hold and Mr. Reiling’s daughter were present. The Zoning Administrator e>qilained these properties were previously owned by Mr. Reiiing and sold to Mr. Holm and Mr. Johnson. Both purchasers learned tnat the parcels were not recorded with the County.
