The motion passed. <br />The Zoning Administrator explained that this <br />request is only a transfer of ownership and that <br />the use of the property will not change. <br />VJarren Anderson was present and explained that <br />they will be using the building as a church and <br />school and when they sell their present church <br />they plan to use that money to build onto this <br />building. He also stated they will have grades <br />kindergarden through the fourth grade and will <br />have church on Sunday in the school until they <br />add the new church. He also reminded Mr. Anderson <br />he will have to check if they will need setbacks <br />or variances. He informed the Commission that all <br />the surrounding neighbors had been notified of <br />this meeting. <br />Jack Niemi, pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran <br />Church, commented they were only looking for <br />information at this point. <br />The Commission expressed concern that the church <br />provide sufficient parking plans and asked <br />Mr. Warren if he had considered if there would be <br />adequate area to provide sufficient parking for <br />the new sanctuary.
