Also, she noted on <br />Page 8, Paragraph 5, the motion should be change <br />to read that access will come off Navarre Lane only, <br />not County Road ^^15. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />OF MEETING OF NOVEMBER <br />7, 1977 <br />r <br />There being no further discussion, Coamissioner <br />Hannah moved. Commissioner Hassel secondea, a motion <br />to approve the minutes of the Planning Commission <br />meeting of November 7, 1977, as amended. <br />Motion - Ayes (7); Nays (0). The motion passed. <br />The Zoning Administrator stated the Council had^ <br />referred this item back to the Planning Commission <br />for their review of additional plans. He explaine , <br />however, that he had received a call from Doug <br />Carney that the plans were not ready. Since the <br />Commission did not have anything more on this <br />item it will go back to the Council. <br />JAMES LAWRENCE <br />1550 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(PRELIMINARY) <br />#323 <br />The Zoning Administrator stated he had not yet <br />received a certified survey of the lot with <br />proposed locations of structures, adding that he <br />felt this was necessary so the access from Tonka <br />View Lane could be properly reviewed.
