A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />PER ML7SICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.28, SUBDIVISION 3 (A) <br />FILE NO. 1887 <br />WHEREAS, Robert L. Melamed (hereinafter the "applicant”) is the owner ot the <br />property located at 1(XX) Old Crystal Bay Road South within the City of Orono (hereinafter <br />"City”) and legally described as: <br />Lot 1. Block 1, French Lake at Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinalier <br />"the property"'); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City of Orono tor a conditional use <br />pennit per Municipal Zoning Code Section 10 28, Subdivision 3 (A) to permit construction of <br />a guest house on the 4.4 acre property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono. <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1887. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />The property is l»x:ated in the RR-IB Rural Residential Zoning District requiring <br />two acres in area. <br />The property is approximately 4.4 acres in area. <br />ITie Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on November 15. <br />1993 and recommended approval of the conditional use permit for the filling of <br />approximaielv 1800 cubic yards of fill based on the following findings: <br />a.
