Driveways constructed in flagpole corridors shall be adequately screened <br />by fencing or vegetation at all points to the rear of the required street yard <br />of the front lot. so as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights into the <br />side or rear yard of adjacent lots. <br />2. The street yard of the flag lot shall be adequately screened by fencing or <br />vegetation so as to eliminate intrusion of vehicle headlights to the side or <br />rear yards of adjacent lots. <br />C. Accessory structures. Accessory structures shall adhere to all requirements of the <br />zoning code, with the following additional requirements: <br />1. Accessory structures shall be allowed no closer than 10’ to a neighboring <br />property’s side or rear yard. <br />2. Accessory structures shall be allowed in the street yard of a lakeshore flag <br />lot. but not in the street yard of a non-lakeshore flag lot. <br />3. No accessory structure shall be allowed in the flagpole corridor of a flag <br />lot.
