Culverts have been sized and located taking <br />drainage from west to east. <br />3. Building Elevations <br />Exterior building materials are shown to be wood shakes, <br />cedar lap siding and brick facing. Foundation will be of <br />concrete blocks. <br />4. Site Plan <br />Fire lane has been provided along entire front of building - <br />parking stalls 13 total - 1 handicapped designated has been <br />relocated along east and north sides of building - 2 fire <br />lane signs will be posted at front corners (north/south) of <br />building. <br />5. Current licensing information has been submitted (review <br />Exhibit A). <br />6. Septic testing and design information has been submitted to <br />staff. Gaffron confirms preliminary review of test data <br />would permit the installation of a shallow trench system. <br />Gaffron will reconfirm by making a test boring before <br />approving final installation. <br />7. A formal landscape plan has been submitted with the final <br />plans and shall be referred to as Landscaping Plan - page 4 <br />of final plans. Staff recommends approval. <br />8.
