The applicants were given the <br />opportunity to address their concerns regarding the matter of their <br />being responsible for the entire cost of the approved access lane and <br />access drive as recommended by both the City Engineer and the State <br />Highway Department. Council advised that the cost of the entire road <br />improvement must be assumed by applicants. Council did approve the <br />access location presented by Mr. Cici at their meeting but did ask <br />that the staff have Glenn Cook review the design <br />specifications/proposed elevations. <br />Application #1062 <br />The application was tabled pending receipt of final plans and <br />additional information as follows: <br />1. Outside Play Area <br />Student level is proposed at 67 - plans confirm 4,492 s.f. <br />of fenced outside play areas - this would satify required <br />area of 3,350 s.f. (50 x 67). Gates have been placed to the <br />front of building on each side of the building as requested.
