BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lake Minnetonka Cable <br />Conununications Commission that ii' will enforce the customer service standards set forth in <br />§ 76.309. <br />FURTHER, that the Commission will enforce any customer service requirements <br />currently e.xisting in the Cable Communications Franchise Ordinance that exceed the standards <br />set forth in § 76.309. <br />FLETHER, nothing in this Resolution shall be viewed to prevent the individual Member <br />Cities from enforcing thnse customer service requirements in their respective city ordinances <br />which exceed the standards set forth in § 76.309 or the Franchise Ordinance. <br />FLETHER, that staff is directed to provide Triax Cable ninety (90) days wrinen notice <br />of its intent to enforce the above-referenced standards. <br />The following Resolution was moved by Commission Member Jint Olds__________ <br />and seconded bv Commission Member *7.
