It is the original roof. <br />The bids for replacement are as follows: <br />Dalbec Roofing <br />Rooftop Engineering <br />Plymouth Roofing <br />$6,950.00 <br />$5,826.00 <br />$5,300.00 <br />It is recommended to award the bid to Plymouth Roofing for an <br />amount of $5,300.00.
