Gerhardson, Public Works 'oirecto <br />September 21, 1993 <br />Easement Acquisition Old Crystal Bay Road Bridge <br />9 <br />As part of the bridge replacement project on Old Crystal Bay <br />Road, it is necessary to acquire Temporary and Permanent easements. <br />We will need to acquire easements from four properties <br />adjacent to the bridge construction limits. <br />We have acquired one Permanent and Temporary easement <br />previously. <br />We have now completed the necessary negotiations with VCI <br />Capital Inc. and are recommending approve’ of the following amounts <br />for the easement. <br />Permanent & Temporary easements <br />Property Owners Consultant Legal Fees <br />Total <br />3,900.00 <br />648.00 <br />$4,440.00 <br />The above amounts are reimbursable to the City from Municipal <br />State Aid Funds.
