H. Adjacent Lots
• 2 of 9 have receni mound systems (1985. 1987)
• 7 of 9 have trench systems ranging from 5 years to 30+ years in age.
• 5 or 6 of these potentially are in)n-conforming due to lack of 3* separation.
• None are currently failing.
Potential for Connecti(m to .Sewer
• Laterals to serve Heritage Drive and Heritage l^ne would likely be located in the
roadway, with a connecting lateral (possibly requiring a lift station) to the Crystal
Bay lift station, or by connection under the railroad to e.xisting laterals in Brown
Road..
• Total length of laterals to serve all areas di.scussed above is 3,600-4,000 feet (see
connection concepts A and B).
3.Webber Hills
• 34 e.xisting homes, nv) vacant lots.
• Subdivision created in 1964.
• Developed lot size range: 0.9 acre - LI acre e.xcluding wetlands
** Developed lot size average: 1.0 acre
• Majority are within l.OOO feet of OHWL of Tanager Lake or French Uke North
Basin.
System Conditions:
m
m
#
#
Original systems constructed 1965-1977.
1 system currently failing.
14 of 34 have had major repairs or replacement during period 1978-1992.
Of 34 systems. 4 are mounds, 30 are trenches.
Of 34. the 25 built/replaced prior to 1983 potentially do not meet 3’ separation.
So far, all properties with systems needing repair have had a site available.
How'ever, this tray not be the case for all properties in the future.
Potential for Connection to Sewer: . r k
• Webber Hills at its closest point is heated approximately 0.4 miles n(*rth of the
Crystal Bay sewer lateral where connection might be made.
• Due to variable elevations, bringing all id Webber Hills sewage to a single location
will likely require one lift station. A second lilt station would likely be required to
feed a force main in either Willow Drive or Brown Road.
• 1 he Willow Drive route might serve as many as 42 total units requiring as much as
5 800 lineal feet of piping I he Brown Road route would likely serve 45 um*^ via
7!o OO lineal feet of pipe. Father route has a minor capability to serve umts outside
the Webber Hills subdivision
