Where are these areas? <br />How long a time frame extension is reasonable? <br />Should there be allowance for a building project to go forward when it is <br />requested too late in the year for site evaluation and/or septic upgrade to <br />occur? What kind of projects could go ahead without site evaluation or <br />witli partial site evaluation? <br />Are there certain types of projects that should be allowed to proceed <br />regardless whether we know if the system can be upgraded to meet code?
