Following the outline is staffs recommended program. Your <br />final determination can be left as a policy statement, or can be adopted by ordinance^which staff <br />will draft for your next meeting. <br />A. <br />B <br />Systems found to be non-conforming solely due to lack of 3 ’ separation but not <br />requesting a building permit: Two full construction seasons to upgrade. <br />Options for systems found to be non-conforming solely due to lack of 3 ’ separation and <br />requesting a building permit: <br />1. Two full construction seasons to complete site evaluation and system upgrade <br />OR <br />No permits until site evaluation and system upgrade are complete <br />OR <br />Something in between 1 and 2: <br />a) Site evaluation prior to building permit; if upgrade is feasible, building <br />permit can issue, two full construction seasons to upgrade system <br />OR <br />b) Site evaluation prior to building permit; if upgrade is feasible, building <br />permit can issue, system upgrade to be completed concurrent with building <br />project completion <br />QR
