Jr. <br />905 Tonkawa Road - Vacation of Sewer Easement - Resolution <br />Brief Review of Application <br />Per the directives of the preliminary approval resolution for the two-lot subdivision <br />application (#1818), the applicant has petitioned for the vacation of a 20 ’ sewer easement that <br />intersects the proposed undeveloped lot. The easement serves no public purpose and indeed <br />presents problents with the future residential development of the lot by pushing development <br />closer to lake. <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the vacation application. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the <br />Planning Commission recommendation.
