The system was
installed as a "conforming" system.
The Rasmussens' septic system was inspected on July 30, 1979,
August 14, 1984, June 16, 1988, and July 25, 1991, and was rated by
your staff on each of those four occasions as a "Code System,"
which I understand is defined as:
A system which meets 711 the location, design, and
construction standards of the current City Codes, and which is
operating satisfactorily by treating and disposing of the
entire current sewage input without discharging any pollutants
into ground or surface waters.
