MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF <br />JUNE 18, 1987 <br />MINNEHAHA CREEK WATERSHED DISTRICT <br />BOARD OF MANAGERS <br />The regular meeting of the Board of Managers of the Minnehaha <br />Crebk Watershed District was called to order by Vice Chairman <br />Lehman at 7:35 p.m. on Thursday, June 18, 1987 at the Wayzata City <br />Hall, Wayz ta, Minnesota. <br />Manager 3 Present <br />Managers Absent <br />Andre, Lehman, Miller, Spensley <br />and Thomas <br />Battaglia and Carroll <br />Also present were Board advisors Mahady and Macomber. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />The minutes of the regular meeting of May 21. 1987 were reviewed. <br />It was moved by Andre, seconded by Miller that the minutes be <br />amended by adding on page two immediately prior to permit 87-79 <br />the following: "Manager Lehman assumed the Chair at this time" <br />and that the minutes be further corrected to reflect the fact that <br />Manager Lehman did not second motions, but rather such seconds <br />were made by Manager Thomas. Upon vote the minutes as amended <br />were approved. <br />Amendment of Agenda <br />The engineer recommended that permit applications 87-78, 87-89, <br />87-97, 87-103, 87-109 and 87-118 be moved from the tabling to the <br />discussion agenda. Upon motion duly made and seconded the agenda <br />was amended as recommended by the engineer. <br />Approval of Permit Applications <br />The managers reviewed a memorandum from the engineer dated <br />June 12, 1987 setting forth those applications which comply all <br />applicable standards of the district and recommending approval of <br />the following permits: <br />87-113 Richard R. Tradewell - Shoreline improvement sand <br />blanket. Sec. 34BBD, City of Shorewood <br />87-114 Elmer L. Kuhlman - 100 linec feet of riprap streambank <br />erosion protection along Minnehaha Creek, Sec. 20BAB, City of <br />Edina
