Pursuant to discussions with your <br />agent—Clifford Reep—we have decided that you may include the docking <br />layout as an amendment to permit 87-6294, after any changes have been <br />authorized by the Lake Minneton.ca Conservation District. At the same <br />time we will address the additional dredging for the expanded area. A <br />$30 fee must accompany the amendment request. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
