Mr. Bachman <br />represents Warren and Christine Biellte. In his letter Mr. Bachman <br />takes the position that the DNR Shoreline Regs prohibit the <br />granting of a variance to Mr. Remien. I am in the process of <br />reviewing these regulations and am planning on discussing the <br />matter further with him at 4:00 this afternoon.
