It is my understanding from <br />a recent discussion with the City Engineer that he will recommend that Lots <br />an 8 receive sewer. This may require an amendment to the Comprehensive <br />Plan and a realignment of the MUSA line approved by the MWCC. Cook is to <br />further advise on this matter. <br />Sanitary Sewer - <br />All 25 newly developed 1 acre lots are to be served with municipal <br />sewer. As noted above, the applicant is to install and pay for all costs <br />of extending the municipal services to the property. Municipal water is <br />not available to the property. Lot 1, Block 3 has already been assessed <br />sewer and will not be included within this improvement project. Lots 9 <br />' Block 1 are already served with sewer and would not be included <br />within the sewer project. The Engineer has advised that there is adequate <br />capacity within the lines to receive the discharge from the new units. The <br />City will ask for the improvement of an existing lift station on Wildhurst <br />P^®ase refer to your sanitary sewer sketches included in your plan <br />(Exhibit H). Unfortunately, staff does not have enough copies of the <br />sanitary sewer plans nor of the storm sewer plans to include in your <br />packets. The City will ask that the lift station on Wildhurst Trail just <br />Forest Lake Landing, be raised at least 1' to negate the <br />infiltration from the increased surface run-off from the new development. <br />Historically, in heavy rains this lift station is affected by heavy run-off <br />carried by the adjacent drainage ditch that carries the majority of the <br />run-off to the lake in this area.
