The approval resolution contains all of the conditions adopted by the <br />Pteming Committioo in their recommendation. The enclosed resolution has been drafted per <br />the fmdirys and conditions set forth at the Planniiv Commissioo approval which also includes <br />granlifv a variance for excess hardcover within the 250-500' setback area. The exact levels of <br />hardcover be detennined until staff has had the opportunity to review plans for an access <br />structure to the lake.
