Pursuant to that lesohition, the storage moihite has been <br />tenporarily placed srithin stall 34 but applicant has received complaints frirni <br />property owner to the west noting visual impact ‘•II <br />The has filed the oinent application in order to seek approval of an <br />variance applkatioo wkh the purpose of relocating the storage module <br />in |wktng stall that would lessen the visual hnpact upon the lake views <br />of the property owner to the west. <br />At die Council meeting of August 22. 1994 CouncU approved the use of cidicr <br />stalls 37 or 38 because of their alignment behind the principal strocture on d» <br />property. Council’s recommendatioo was based on the ftdlowini findings: <br />A.nacemeM on the stnictuie within either stalls 37 or 38 will minimize <br />imp^ upon lake views of residence to the iitUBediate west. <br />Structure will be located out of the l^eshore setback area. <br />Relocation to either «all 37 or 38 will not result in the loss of additional <br />stalls. <br />D. Uss visual impact upon users of adjacent County Road as only 8 ’ side <br />would be exposed to roadway. <br />E.
