Council’s recommendatioo was based on the ftdlowini findings: <br />A.nacemeM on the stnictuie within either stalls 37 or 38 will minimize <br />imp^ upon lake views of residence to the iitUBediate west. <br />Structure will be located out of the l^eshore setback area. <br />Relocation to either «all 37 or 38 will not result in the loss of additional <br />stalls. <br />D. Uss visual impact upon users of adjacent County Road as only 8 ’ side <br />would be exposed to roadway. <br />E.
