Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />September 1, 1994 <br />»\956 Tom and Chris Smieja, 4040 Watertown Road <br />planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission unanimously approved the proposed additions to the existing <br />residence recommending approval of the setback variances and conditioned approval on applicant <br />obtaining a demolition permit for the detached garage to be removed prior to the final inspection <br />by the building staff for the new construction; the existing septic and future septic areas were <br />to be staked prior to any land alterations or construction on the property; and finally, that <br />applicant was asked to review the sighting at the intersection of Watertown Road for the purpose <br />of trimming plantings that currently block view of vehicles exiting property. <br />The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the Planning Commission s <br />recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the proposed approval resolution,
