Applicant to grant trail easement over Old <br />Crystal Bay Road bike trail along western boundary of Dickey property. <br />Applicant shall be responsible for constructing Old Crystal Bay Road bike trail <br />as set forth in trail improvement plans of City of Orono. <br />Well pit must be sealed within Lot 2, Block 2 of the Dickey property <br />The following lots have been found to contain protected wetlands not designated <br />on the City’s conservation area maps; <br />Dickey parcel - Lot 2, Block 1; Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6, Block 2 <br />Coffin property - Lots 1, 5, 6 and 10 <br />The following lots will be involved with wetlands created as compensation or <br />mitigation areas: <br />Dickey parcel - Lots 1-6, Block 1; Lots 1, 3, 5, 6, Block 2 <br />Coffin property - Lots 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block 1. <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />1
