Public Information <br />To encourage public support and involvement, an effective public information program is <br />needed and will be an important element of this project. The major emphases of this element <br />will be urban fertilizer and yard waste management, livestock waste management, and <br />agricultural soil conservation BMPs. This type of program is specifically identified in the <br />District’s Water Management Plan.
