Additionally, the plan uicorporates street cleaning, fishery <br />management, monitoring, and future watersted development guidelines. <br />The implementation plan first provides a more detailoi description of the plan elements, then <br />estimates overall project effectiveness, and finally provides the project schedule and financial <br />plan. <br />A. PLAN ELEMENTS <br />The Long Lake Improvement Project has been dividai into seven project elements. These <br />are:
