The only structure to remain <br />above grade will be a control panel. The City has no information at to the <br />haight or dimensions of the control panel to be used based on the current <br />information. The Engineer ahtmld be able to comment on this. <br />Lift Station Mo. 44 - Exhibits V fc w <br />This new installation will be to the south of the existing Maxwell Bay <br />Marina located within the County road right-of-way. 'ttie new installation <br />will consist once again of two hatch areas at grade for the valve vault and <br />the wet well and there will be a control panel above grade. <br />Extensive plantings are proposed to screen this from the marina <br />custoawrs and fr<^ the adjacent roadway. <br />Lift Station No. 45 - Exhibits X 4 Y <br />This is the other new installation within the Hennepin County access <br />off of North Shore. Once again, this is located within County property <br />Involving the installation of the wet well and valve vault typical of <br />previous installations where only a hatch appears at grade level. Again <br />there will be a control panel that would be set at grade level. <br />Landscaping does not appea'' to be shown within this site plan. Planning <br />Commission may wish to on this. <br />Lift Station No. 46 - Exhi. Z 4 AA <br />This involves the upgrading of an existing lift station, abandoning a <br />former dry wel 1 and a wet well and replacing it with a new valve vault and <br />wet well. Once again a control panel will be above grade. The hatches for <br />the valve vault and the wet well will be about six inches above existing <br />grade. Review the site plan, landscaping is also proposed because of the <br />proximity of the adjacent home.
