Assessment roll <br />Each year the city certifies to the county, all unpaid annual service charges for the septic <br />inspection program fees, the annual recycling program fee, and all delinquent sewer and water <br />accounts of $1 ‘'.00 or more, to be collected with the following year's taxes In addition to the <br />outstanding amounts delinquent, the city adds eight percent (8%) interest to all accounts, and an <br />administrative fee to the septic accounts. At this time the total to be assessed is $ 62,722-91^ <br />including admirastrative fees This amount will be decreased by any pre-payments received up to <br />the final payment dated of November 27, 1995.
