CITYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQUENT 1995 SE\> ER AND <br />WATER UTILITV' SERVICE CHARGES, RECYCLING PROGRAM FEES, AND <br />ANNUAL SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE ON-SITE SE\VA(;E TREATMENT <br />(SEPTIC) INSPECTION PR0(;R.\M <br />Whereas, the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota has enacted certain <br />ordinances under Minnesota Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter j and Chapter 13. Orono <br />City Code pertaining to payment and collection of sewer and water charges and annual service <br />charges for recycling and the Onsite SevN.ige Tieatment (septic) inspection program, and the <br />charges identified in the attached list ot properties are delinquent in nature, and; <br />Whereas, the City has obtained from the Hennepin County Auditor, levy number 13625 <br />for the delinquent accounts, and; <br />Whereas, the Citv hereby authorizes and directs the Hennepin County Auditor to extend <br />upon the property tax lists of the Countv and further collect said assessments thereon provided by <br />law. and; <br />Whereas, the City hereby authorizes and directs the Hennepin County Auditor to add <br />eight percent interest, as directed, to all amounts due. <br />Therefore Be It Resolved, that the City Council of the City of Orono. Minnesota hereby <br />authorizes and directs the County Auditor of Hennepin County to assess properties identitied in <br />the attached list, made a part hereof, for the amounts of delinquent utilities/fees appearing along <br />with such propenies, plus eight percent (8®o) interest added as directed. Said amounts to be <br />collected along with property taxes collected in 1996. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held <br />on Nov ember 27, 1995. <br />Edward J.
