Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN. 55323 <br />RE: Street Vacation of <br />Application #2065 <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />With reference to the proposed street vacation mentioned above, <br />Minnegasco does have an existing natural gas main, and natural <br />gas service lines, in that portion of Scotch Pine Lane proposed <br />to be vacated. <br />Since this gas main and service lines are necessary to serve all <br />of the customers mentioned in this proposal, we must object to <br />this proposed vacation unless suitable easement rights are <br />reserved to Minnegasco, pursuant to MSA 160.29. <br />Please reserve an easement to Minnegasco, created by and <br />within the document eatabllshlna the street vacation and <br />filed with the Hennepin County recorders office, over the <br />following area of the proposed street vacation: <br />All of Scotch Pine Lane mentioned in this proposal. <br />Minnegasco has no objection to the vacation of all of the utility <br />easements mentioned in this proposal. <br />Thank you for the advance notice and please send me a copy of the <br />"final action" of this proposal. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steven Von Bargen <br />Real Estate Specialist <br />Minnegasco <br />pc: R.
