MN 55323 <br />RE: Vacation of utiltiy easement in Dicon Addition <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron, <br />I was notified by our Minnetonka office of Application #2065, a petition by Samuel and <br />Joyce Marfield, and H. Douglas and Cheryl Hill, and William M. Toles, for vacation of <br />ail that part of the right of way of Scotch Pine Lane, as donated and dedicated by Dicon <br />Addition. NSP’s Minnetonka area Distribution personnel have informed me that NSP <br />has Distribution facilities in the subject area, and will not consent to the vacation of <br />utility easement in Dicon Addition, per Application #2065. <br />Any relocation of NSP Distribution facilities wili he at the requester ’s expense. <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />Aina Olson <br />Asst.
