HL <br />Mayor Callahan and Council ktembers <br />October 17.199S <br />Page! <br />As we continue to move forward with the advancement of communications, we must <br />be certain the United States Congress and the Minnesota State Legislature, <br />understand that the various levels of regulation have to be unitormly applied to all <br />providers of service, so that one company does NQT have an advantage over any <br />other. The pending artion in Congress and our unsuccessful effort to pass H.T. 620 <br />at the 1995 Minnesota State Legislature, clearly proves that this is a major challenge <br />for 1996.
