2.The drainage and utility easement as it exists ser\'cs no other public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLV’ED, that the petition of Michael R. Plank is <br />hereby granted by the Council of the Citv of Orono and that the drainage and utility easement <br />legally described" above is hereby vacated.
