The drainage and utility easement <br />in its current configuration serves no public purpose. In the replat of the lot line rearrangement <br />new drainage and utility easements will be designated along the newly defined shared lot line. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends approval of the vacation application of Michael Plank involving the vacation <br />of drainace and utility easements originally dedicated in the plat of Maple Place involving the <br />properties located at 4115 and 4145 Watertown Road. This approval is conditioned on applicant <br />grantin2 drainage and utility easements along the newly defined division line with the plat ot <br />Maple Place Seconu Addition. <br />(
