Request for Council Action continued <br />page 2 of 2 <br />May 18, 1995 <br />Zoning File #2013 <br />banning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the conditional use permit for <br />the Freshwater Foundation to allow the continued use of the facility as a research center known <br />as the Gray Freshwater Biological Institute located at 2500 Shady wood Road. The enclosed <br />approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions of the Planning <br />Commission’s recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution
