4.Major portions of the dedicated right-of-way of Forest Boulevard are located <br />below the 929.4 elevation of Lake Minnetonka. <br />5. The unimproved dedicated right-of-way as it exists serves no public purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the petition of Richard J. <br />Johnson and Katherine A. Johnson is hereby granted by the Council of the City of Orono and <br />that the portion of Forest Boulevard legally described above is hereby vacated. Granting of the <br />petition is subject to the condition that upon vacation, applicant must combine vacated adjacent <br />portion of Forest Boulevard with their homestead property. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held on May 8, 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
