The total area to be impacted will be less than 6.000 square feet. <br />We will not need to mitigate this area as a weUand impaa based on recent amendments to the law. <br />We will need to subnat an exception permit to the LGU. <br />We will, however, be fiUing below the 931.J contour, and watershed requireinentt need to be ™h <br />We will have to provide equivalent storage area below the 931.3 contour.
