Irregular shoreline creates an irregular setback line. <br />4. <br />5. <br />The applicant will reduce 175 s.f. of existing hardcover improvements within the <br />0-75 ’ setback area. <br />The City has received no negatives comments from the residents that live <br />immediately adjacent to this property. <br />Planning Com*^ ssion Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission recommended unanimous approval of the variances that allow the <br />reconstruction of the 14 ’x26 ’ deck on the lakeside of the existing residence subject to the <br />condition that the 175 s.f. of brick patio area be removed prior lo the footing inspection for the <br />new deck. The enclosed approval resolution has been drafted per the findings and conditions <br />of the Planning Commission’s recommendation. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED; <br />To either adopt or amend the enclosed approval resolution.
